INTRODUCTION
 
Hi everyone, welcome to my height homepage.
 
My real name is Fawaz al-naimi
My country is Qatar, I am now in the united states to continue my education after my high school.
My age is over 21
My height was 159cm before I started my exercises, 30 days later I gained 2cm.
my current height is 161cm
My current Location is El Paso, Texas
I moved recently to Salina, Kansas and I go to  KWU.
 
I started this program upon many people' experince and I found out this program was around for a long time. The exercise is the lower leg stretch using ankle weight.
 
WHY I BUILT THIS HOMEPAGE
 
(1) I am looking for more Ideas and I have a quiet big background about HGH (Human Growth Hormone), Metabolism, Health, and Food, but still, I am not a doctor with a degree or perfect person, I read a lot and I experinced some of the things I know by myself. I use all the things I know and discussed it with many intelligent people I know in my life to strengthern my knowledge.
I believe there are many ways to solve any kind of problem, it just supprise me that I still hear about it and I always wish to be part of it.
I am still trying to advance with many people' help. 
 
(2) I have many things floating in my mind which I would like to write about it, just to express my ideas, thoughts, and point of views. I am not just into science though, I like philosophy, logic, and knowledge in general.
 
 
HIGH SPIRIT and CONFIDENCE
 
I like people who keep their confidence high, we really need it all the time.
I couldn't do a good speech in one of my classes until my confidence came back, I did not stop doing these exercises because my confidence is high and I know what to do,  I always wanted my confidence to be around but it doesnt exist sometimes, thats why I try to encourage people and send my knowledge to bring up their confidence back and share with them my ideas.

Imagination and Knowledge will create images of ideas to you and through your mind, you will be able to apply it.

LATEST NEWS
 
 
11th/november/2003: Because The stress of college I am
going through, I won't be able to update anymore until I
finish my final tests in December 2nd week. Hopefully by then I will post more interesting updates. I have more interesting Info. but I just dont have the time, its better that I inform everyone early. sorry about that.
5th/July/2003: more Info. added regarding HGH stimulating.
 
 
xxth/June/2003: I stopped trainning for around 20 days and I noticed I lost .5 (1/2) centimeter.
 
I am planning to get taller from more than 1 exercise, a kind of acceleration to grow taller in more than 1 part of the whole body.
I know it takes time to see results, some might take very long while others in short time; moreover, our bodies are different, some people might gain faster than others so many things will take place to prove the exercises really works!
This section is UNDER CONSTRUCTION. I might build it after (6th) Update.
